How can I order puff puff for my company or event? 

We accept larger orders throughout the week (minimum spend £150). If you need puff puff for an event or for your company, please email us at hello@puffpuffministry.co.uk with more information. 

How long will my puff puff keep for?

Puff puff is best eaten on the day you receive your order, but you can definitely save some for your daily tea break. Some puff puff lovers have stored theirs for up to five days in the fridge. Just reheat for a little longer before tucking in. Every box comes with reheating instructions for oven and microwave (or air fryer).

Will these stay fresh if they’re sent in the post? 

Yes! We make your puff puff fresh for next-day special delivery across the UK. Every box comes with reheating instructions for oven (or air fryer) and microwave.

When should I order for home delivery? 

We ship all home delivery orders on Mondays. You'll need to place your order before 5pm on Sunday.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! We’ll include a free handwritten message in every gift order. Just type your message in the box on the product page.

When will my puff puff arrive for home delivery?

Home delivery orders are shipped via next-day special delivery, so your puff puff should arrive on Tuesday. 

Are these vegan?

Yes, our puff puff is completely dairy and egg-free, but some toppings are not. All vegan options are labelled (VG).

Do you offer gluten-free options?

At the moment, we don’t offer gluten-free puff puff, but it's something we'd love to explore in future.

What’s the best way to enjoy puff puff?

We love eating puff puff warm; by itself, with ice cream or whipped cream. You can also enjoy puff puff with a pint of beer, a glass of wine, or pretty much anything ;)

What coronavirus measures do you have in place?

All deliveries are made contact-free. We also wear gloves and masks in the kitchen, alongside adhering to our usual 5-star food hygiene standards.
