We offer hand delivery in London for large events and corporate orders throughout the week depending on our availability. Please email us at hello@puffpuffministry.co.uk if you require same-day delivery for a large order.
FREE Collection on Saturdays, 11am - 2pm
(Pre-order required)
We're now offering collection every Saturday from our kitchen in Wood Green, North London, from 11am - 2pm only.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your box(es).
2. Add to cart and select your collection date.
3. Enter the code COLLECT at checkout to remove the shipping fee.
4. Visit our kitchen on Saturday to pick up your order.
UK Nationwide Deliveries
We make all orders fresh on the same day of dispatch.
Orders are shipped on Mondays for next-day delivery. The deadline to order is 5pm on Sunday.
Our puff puff keeps for up to five days, but you will have to reheat before tucking in. Read our FAQs for more information and get in touch with us if you haven’t received your puff puff two days after dispatch.
Please make sure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.
If you are ordering a gift for someone, please inform them to ensure they are expecting the delivery.
All boxes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been dispatched. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.
