TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hyperlocal orders placed after 6pm on Friday or postal orders placed after 12pm on Sunday will be delivered the following week. For example, if you place an order for postal delivery at 11am on Monday, it will be delivered 8 days later.
Cancellations and Changes to Orders
Any cancellations and changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours before your delivery date. We can only offer a full refund if you cancel within the specified time period. Additional charges may apply for changes to orders depending on the items you choose. We will not be able to accommodate late changes.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. If not, we'll do our best to leave your order in a safe place. However, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.
If you are ordering a gift for someone, please inform them to ensure they are expecting the delivery. For postal orders, our courier will send you tracking details and a one-hour delivery slot on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been shipped. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
All boxes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with its condition.
