Placing Orders

Royal Mail is currently experiencing major delays due to a shortage of staff. Your order may not arrive within 1-3 days if you are located in an area with limited deliveries. Please order at your own discretion as we cannot be held responsible for delays.


Refunds, Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Any cancellations and changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch. Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your order within the specified time period. Additional charges may apply for changes to orders depending on the items you choose. We will not be able to accommodate late changes.


It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone else is available to receive your order on the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made when no one is in.


If you are ordering a gift for someone, please inform them to ensure they are expecting the delivery. 


Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by our courier the moment your order has been dispatched. We will, however, check in with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

All boxes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with its condition.
